SHIPPING
Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your order to be thoughtfully created and prepared. As each piece is made to order, additional drying and setting time is required to ensure your product arrives safely and in the best possible condition.
Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched within 7 days to allow adequate curing time before shipping.
Rush orders may be available upon request, depending on current workload and production capacity. Please note that additional fees will apply for expedited orders.
WITHIN AUSTRALIAAll orders are shipped via Australia Post.
If you see your order has been delivered but you haven't received it yet, please double check everywhere outside your property. Though I can't be responsible for your order once it has been shipped, please get in touch via email if you have any delivery issues. I will do my best to help out.
INTERNATIONALInternational orders are shipped via Australia Post International. Additional Import Duty and taxes may apply, however I won't be able to provide advice or take responsibility for these charges. Please look into this before proceeding with your order.
Delivery time from dispatch is approximately 10-14 Business Days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As each item is made to order, refunds or cancellations cannot be offered for change of mind once your order has entered production.
If you would like to make changes to your order details, including colour selections, please contact me as soon as possible and before your order has been confirmed for production. While I will do my best to accommodate changes, adjustments may not be possible once production has commenced.
If your order arrives with a fault or issue unrelated to shipping damage or handling by Australia Post, please get in touch via email as soon as possible after receiving your order. I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I’ll always do my best to help resolve any issues where possible.
